BERICAP, one of the leading global manufacturers of plastic and aluminum closures, has received the ThaiBev Business Partner Award in Gold. The award is presented by the Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (ThaiBev), a leading beverage company in Southeast Asia and the largest in Thailand, in recognition of excellent supplier performance in quality, sustainability, innovation and competitiveness.

BERICAP Malaysia scored more than 95 points in all dimensions to achieve gold status. The award underscores BERICAP’s successful global efforts to meet the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency and sustainability through the continuous development and optimization of customer-oriented closures and production technologies.

Only award recipient among more than 40 F&N suppliers

BERICAP Malaysia was the only 2023 award recipient among the more than 40 suppliers to Malaysian beverage company Fraser & Neave (F&N), which is part of the ThaiBev Group. It is also BERICAP’s first ever ThaiBev Business Partner Award as an F&N partner as the ThaiBev business partner award program has only been open to F&N’s suppliers since this year.

BERICAP Malaysia currently supplies high-quality closures for carbonated soft drinks (CSD) and mineral water to F&N. Further production lines for BERICAP's resource-saving lightweight closures are planned for 2024 to drive sustainable growth in the F&N partnership.

Award consolidates partnership with world-renowned brewery group

ThaiBev’s Business Partner Award Program contenders include strategic business partners and critical suppliers, suppliers with strong business relationships, and suppliers with high volumes and transactions.
