Güntner introduces new series of condensers, coolers for the Asian market
The new Güntner condensers, gas coolers and dry coolers under the FLAT Compact and VERTICAL Compact series are now available in Asia.
The complete revision of the successful product series generated new Compact units for a wide range of refrigeration and air-conditioning applications. These new units perform very well in every application, be it – depending on individual requirements – as condenser, gas cooler or dry cooler, in horizontal or vertical design and with finoox technology.
Offering a capacity range from 4-400 kW, a compact design and heat exchangers adapted for different refrigerants, the new product series are perfectly suited for the numerous applications in Commercial Refrigeration. The GCHC (horizontal design) and the GCVC (vertical design) condensers are available for all common and new synthetic refrigerants as well as propane. The CO2 gas coolers named GGHC and GGVC have a maximum operating pressure of 120 bar and are thus ideally suited for subcritical as well as transcritical plant (factory) designs. The GFHC and GFVC dry coolers complete the product family for all applications with regard to indirect cooling.
The new condensers can also notably contribute to reducing the refrigerant charge of a plant (factory) and its GWP.
Meanwhile, the selection of a unit tailored to the requirements of the plant remains easy and is performed quickly and safely via GPC (Güntner Product Configurator). The dynamic configuration of the available heat exchanger technologies (finoox) in all their variants (tube materials, tube diameters, fin geometries, and so on) in conjunction with a wide choice of different fans will result in a customised unit being quickly available at a convincing cost-benefit ratio.
Apart from its internal properties, the new FLAT Compact and VERTICAL Compact units have other external advantages. Its casings were revised and optimised for transport and storage. Its reduced unit weight also allows for stacking up to 3 units one above the other. Smaller units can easily be transported using forklifts. The bigger models have suspension lugs for crane transport as a standard feature. The high-efficiency and, of course, ErP-compliant fans are available with AC and EC technology and, together with the casing, form a fan unit that provides optimised ventilation and sound.
Voluntarily participating in the Eurovent "Certify All" programme, Güntner commits itself to have the entire product series tested and certified independently.
Guntner Asia Pacific is a leader in the manufacture of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment components.
